The goal of Rudus’s online services is to simplify product ordering for both business and private customers. The user-friendly platform provides all necessary information, allowing customers to easily purchase gravel, stone, and concrete online. Corporate clients, such as landscape contractors, can use the system to order with their contract pricing and access a broader product range.
The e21 Business platform supports multiple business units, serving as a centralized hub for managing concrete, stone, and gravel stores, as well as handling corporate orders and deliveries.
e21 has developed sales tools for Rudus, including calculators for freight costs and product quantities, making purchases easier for customers and supporting Rudus’s sales team. The calculators convert customer needs into sales units and optimize delivery options. The Kotipolku service offers ideas for home builders on using concrete and stone sustainably, while Rudus Pro provides a professional network with references and insights. Additionally, the Safety Park, Europe’s first construction safety training ground, features an online appointment booking system.

An Extranet for transportation companies to manage fleets, earnings, complaints, and communication. It offers role-based user management for both Rudus and transport company users. Rudus users can oversee drivers, vehicles, regions, and manage safety alerts and job postings.
Transport companies can update driver and vehicle information, track complaints, and access safety and earnings data. The system ensures smooth transportation operations with seamless integration of key processes.
The service streamlines morning transport scheduling for concrete plants, allowing efficient organization of first deliveries. User management is handled through the Transportation Company Extranet, with region-specific access.
Key features include scheduling deliveries, managing reserve vehicles, responding to requests, and tracking vehicle statuses. Plant-specific views enable delivery tracking, vehicle transfers, and delay logging. Users can generate reports by time, plant, or driver, with data downloadable in CSV format.
The service manages contractors' equipment and tasks at excavation sites, offering robust user management for Rudus and contractor accounts. Contractor admins can create and manage driver users, with Rudus approval.
Driver users can access safety notices, report observations, log inspections, tasks, materials, and record work hours. Contractor admins oversee driver entries, equipment inspections, and logs, ensuring streamlined site operations.
The customer portal allows users to browse and download delivery notes with simple user management and role-based access. Both Rudus and customer users can be assigned permissions to view specific projects for secure access.
Rudus users can manage customers, projects, and delivery notes, while customer users can easily search and download project-specific notes in PDF or CSV formats. This platform simplifies project and delivery document management for enhanced efficiency.
The service streamlines recycling material documentation and delivery approvals with a user-friendly interface for viewing site-specific reception documents.
Customers can sign off on deliveries and access archived records, while Rudus users get full visibility of all documents across sites, ensuring smooth and efficient document management.
The mobile weighing process for aggregate reception replaces the RFID system with an IoT-driven solution for faster, more efficient operations.
Drivers enter vehicle details in the mobile app, which retrieves order info from the Apex weighing system. With one click, they initiate the weighing process, and results are displayed instantly via IoT integration. Weighing data is saved in the Apex system, and vehicle details can be stored in the browser for quick access. In case of errors, the app provides guidance and directs drivers to contact the site manager if necessary.
